Kohlberg & Company is a leading private equity firm with over 30 years of successful experience executing transformational strategies enabling middle market companies to enhance business efficiency, breadth, growth and scale. A core tenet of the Firm’s success is the consistency with which the team executes optimization strategies across its portfolio.
The investment is the result of a longstanding relationship between the ADVANTAGE team and Kohlberg & Company. It is the third time in the course of the relationship that our team invests with Kohlberg and we are excited to be able to add the manager to our growing and diversified program of global leaders in middle market private equity.
Nearly five years ago, Advantage was founded. Much has happened since then, but one thing that hasn’t evolved at the same pace has been our visual appearance. We’ve just been too busy. Now, we're making up for it!
